Welcome Back from Spring Break '07! I know how ecstatic you are to finally return to learning abstract geometrical concepts. I, too, am excited.

FYI.....

There are 36 days remaining. In this time, we need to complete Chapters 10, 11, 12, and 13. 36 minus 2 for exam days leaves us with 34 days. 34 minus one for review leaves us with 33 days. 33 minus 4 for chapter test days leaves us with 29 teaching days. 29 days divided by 4 chapters equals 7.25 days per chapter.

So, without further ado, let me announce tonight's assignment:

#10.1
  • Investigation 10.1
  • be sure to shade in your squares in different colors
  • I recommend drawing onto cardboard paper
  • Your cutout will be graded so be sure to figure out how a squared and b squared fits into c squared
  • (1-15) all

Gaah. I'm sorry, I'm sorry. XD;;

I can't really stay online to explain. I've been occupied with a load of household chores and work for this Thursday and Friday from other classes since I won't be at school--gaah. I don't want to be left too far behind.

I finished my math homework around six-ish. I'll do my best to help you both, British and Sillie, if you still need it. Please answer my phone calls--I'll try my hardest to help you. I'm so sorry I can't give you any visuals. [But if it would be useful, I'll doodle something quickly on paint.]

Sincerely,
--Mary.
