Gaaah. Please tell your Mommy that I'm so sorry for bothering her again. >.<; I swear. XD Tell me when it's her birthday and I'll use all my allowance to buy her a trillion-dollar bracelet.
[Well. Not a trillion...and maybe not this year. If she can wait until I'm twenty-four and have a job, I'll get her something nice. XD Publix coupons will have to do for now.]
Gyaaah. XD Ooh! Ooh! Raaaven! Where art thou? This would be a perfect time for you to come. XD I heard Ms. Chan talking with you on the way out. You can study with us to get a good score and you'll be able to count it as a grade! Ask Jessica for directions to her house if you can come. And I'll call you later just to make sure you know. ^-^
[We'll be good to you. XD As dorkish as this is going to sound, this study group of ours has turned into some sort of Brother-(and Sister)-hood. -__-; Well, I think it has. XD ...Gyaah. *puts up LIFE WANTED sign* x___X;]
Aaaand.
Happy (early) birthday to you.
Happy (early) Biiiirthdaaay tooo you~.
Haaaapy Biiiirthdaaay. HAAAPY BIIIIRTHDAAAY!
Deaaar Rooobyn. *skids on knees with a mic!*
Haaapy Biiiirthdaaay toooo--YOOOU! XDDD Robyn! XD Have fun celebrating with your family and friends tomorrow. ^-^ *tosses confetti and blows a party horn*
you are so gosh darn energetic. i love it! it's infectious! thank you for your ever so lovely letter. it brought tears to my eyes. really. it did.
Who is part of this study group besides j.jones? i'm so proud of you guys! sounds like you guys have really started bonding with one another. better late than never i suppose....
i hope you guys have a nice weekend and a really fun study group session tomorrow!
you know i was serious when i said "respond if coming" i need to know how many people are coming, it cant be just mary and i. Ms.Chan even responded! oh! Ms.Chan thank you for your sweet letter!!!!!
hey guys. i will go to the study group, but i might be a little late because i got to go get fitted for a tux tomorrow morning in hialeah or however you spell that..
...*cricket* Aaaaah. XD I'm alooone in the twiiiliiight zooone!
[Yes, I'm sorry. I passed out again for like eightish, nineish hours. Hoh'snap. x__X;; Either I'm just an abnormally sleepy person or my hormones are going haywire. XDDD! *rolls on the ground*]
Gyaaah! Jessica, is no one else coming? I wasn't even able to call Raven because of my sleeping ways. X__x; I hope she read this. [Raven, I hope you're reading this! XD]
Ack. I'm sorry for the late reply, Ms. Chan! *hug* You're welcome, Ms. Chan. I meant every word on that piece of paper. [Right down to the signature! XD I think I'll keep that in the future as a code name. Ahaha! I heard the nursery rhyme relates to Mary I of Scotland and Mary I of England. The meaning is rather bloody compared to how cute it sounded in kindergarten. x_x;]
Thank you for reading it, Ms. Chan. It meant a lot to me because I have a hard time expressing myself verbally, so writing was the only way to show you my contrite. I was so unsure of going through with it, though. XD Until my good friend Abie sent it for me while she was encouraging me to personally do it. XD [You should have seen us outside class before the bell.]
Hee, yup! XD We have been bonding, though. [There's usually at least four to seven of us each time.] Which is so strange, because usually in any math class that I've had, we were so busy that we couldn't even talk to each other. No one really knew anybody else. XD But yaaay! Now, you've got your main good group [who are good friends, too] and a handful of friends to trust and rely on.
Ooh, well. S.I.Llie. XD I guess it's just you, B.I.L., and me tomorrow. Well, Peuandro is coming, too. [He just can't post much on the blog--OOH. Peuandro, bring my books, you hear? XD *fistshake!* If you don't Waterpolo boy, you better know how to swim fast enough across the sea! (I'm kidding, Peuandro. XD Juuust kidding. *headpatpat*)]
Ooh, Jess! By the way, I can't go at eleven if [and I mean a majorly big if] my Papa won't be back by eleven, because I have to watch my little brother since my sister will be away with her NJORTC activities. [She ran a mile-and-a-half in eleven minutes! Duuude. That's like, six laps!] My Dad has to change the oil in his truck at around eight o'clock, and if he isn't back I can't leave. Once he does come back, though he offered to take me to your house. ^-^ So, either way, I'll be there. It just might [and I mean a majorly big might] be a little later than expected.
XD Ahahaha! What's the occasion, Nick? Those tuxedos look so spiffy!
Since I had nothing better to do until I had to get ready to go to Jessica's house, I decided to get a head start on the conjectures. I think they were easy to absorb after looking over the information you accumulated, [especially the first investigation of chapter nine. XD Ahaha.] though the last one was a bit difficult. You really had to put in some personal logic there.
Conjecture Eighty-Three:
The area of a triangle is given by the formula A= (1/2)bh, where A is the area, b is the length of the base, and h is the height of the triangle.
Conjecture Eighty-Four:
The area of a trapezoid is given by the length the formula A= 1/2 (b1 + b2)h, where A is the area, b1 and b2 are the lengths of the bases, and h is the height of the trapezoid.
Note: One of my bases weren't an exact centimeter, so my calculations were off a few decimals. I think it was pretty accurate. If anyone has anything else to input, I'd be grateful. I'll post up why I personally agree with this formula if anyone was a bit befuddled like I was.
Conjecture Eighty-Five:
The area of a kite is given by the formula A= (1/2)d1d2, where A is the area and d1 and d2 are the lengths of the two diagonals.
Note: I wasn't sure of what to label the diagonals, so I just called them one and two like we did for the trapezoids. I'm really confident in this conjecture, especially after I busted some brain cells staring at it for a while. [I even researched a bit, and I quote this from a site: "A kite's area is half the product of the diagonals."]
I'll post up why I personally agree with this formula if anyone wants an explanation. Though, I'll give you a word of advice. Use. The. Exact. Same. Process. You. Used. To. Solve. The. Other. Conjectures.
im not going to the fitting today anymore, because i think i would get there to late. (to the study group) i will tell you when i get there mary what the tux is for. so jessica i will be there at 12.
Yeah so its 12:15... and i kind of don't have anybody's phone number..... and i kind of need to know how to get to get to Jessica's house... because I kind of need to do this study group!!!
